On Time Arrival
We value your time as much as you do, therefore, we strive to see each patient on time. If you should arrive 10 minutes after appointment time we may need to rebook your appointment. We block enough time for your appointment because we want to properly carry out your intended treatment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a phone call and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you allow yourself plenty of time.
Cancellations
If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. We kindly ask that you do not cancel your appointments on our answering machine after hours. It is best you speak to our reception staff so a new appointment can be fixed.
Missed appointments
If you miss your appointments, please call us as soon as you can to rebook this appointment. We will do our best reschedule, however we will appreciate your understanding if we don’t have a particular time available on such short notice.
